On-line contributions may be made through the Home Page link. To donate in a different amount, please email your pledge and contact information to forthepublic@earthlink.net.  Please indicate if you are mailing a check; or if you prefer to be contacted by phone to donate via credit card (or fax that information as noted).

To donate by fax, please provide your name, credit card number, billing address for the card, phone number for billing address, card number, expiration date. Specify amount of donation. Fax to 850-997-1898. If receipt is desired by email, please provide e-address.

Charitable contributions in Florida are overseen by the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. The Department requires annual registration of any charitable organizations soliciting contributions.
